Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Abstract Drinks SA website. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

Delivery Timeframes

Any delivery dates provided at the time of order are indicative only. While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, the Company does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe and shall not be held liable for delays outside of its control.

Please note: orders placed before 30th of May 2026 are pre-orders. Dispatch will begin from 1st of June 2026.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated separately from product prices and will be clearly indicated at checkout before payment is completed.

Age Verification at Delivery

Due to the nature of our products, delivery must be accepted in person by an individual who has reached the legal drinking age. Our delivery partners are instructed to verify age where required. The Company reserves the right to refuse delivery if compliance with this requirement cannot be confirmed.

Unattended Delivery

Requests for unattended delivery or the use of deposit or safe-place authorisations may be disregarded. The Company cannot accept responsibility for orders left unattended without prior written agreement.

Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon delivery. Once the order has been handed over and accepted, the Company's responsibility for the physical condition of the goods ends.

Claims for Damage or Missing Items

If you receive an order that is damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. Please retain the original packaging and supporting evidence (e.g. photographs) when submitting a claim. Contact us at ruude@sales.ch
