Refund policy

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered. Please review the exceptions below.

No Right of Withdrawal

As all products sold by Abstract Drinks SARL are perishable food and beverage items, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed.

No Returns

We do not accept product returns. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, and storage requirements carefully before placing an order.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this deadline may not be accepted.

To process your claim, please provide:

— A description of the issue
— Photographic evidence of the defect or damage
— Your order number

Where a valid claim is accepted, the Company will, at its discretion, either issue a replacement product or a credit note to the value of the affected item(s). Monetary refunds are not provided.

Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery

Claims relating to items damaged in transit or missing from your order must also be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.
